- Vintage : 2025 – Organic 🌱
- Grape Varieties : 100% small berry Muscat
- Vineyard area : The hillsides of the Durance
- Age of vines : Almost 30 years old
- Winemaking : Temperature controlled. Malolactic fermentation for one the two vats that are blended together.
- Serving temperature : Chilled but not icy (5°C – 6°C)
- Beautiful pale gold with white gold highlights and green gleams.
- The nose is very expressive with intense notes of rose and lychee.
- Immensely fresh with the same notes of lychee and rose complemented by citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The aromatic palette is enriched with light honeyed notes and a touch of salinity reminiscent of salted butter caramel. A wine of superb tension, intensity, and aromatic persistence
- This is the signature white wine from the Domaine. It is ideal for aperitif and also a good pairing for an avocado and grapefruit salad, fish dishes and a whole range of shellfish and seafood.
