- Vintage: 2023
- Grape Varieties: 50% Merlot and 50% Mollard
- Vineyard area: At 600 m altitude on the hillsides of Théüs
- Age of Vines: A little over 10 years for the Merlot and more than 40 for the Mollard.
- Winemaking: Traditional
- Serving temperature: Serve at around 18°
- A bright, clear, ruby red with intense violet gleams.
- Black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, and a touch of blueberry), underlined with mineral and spicy notes (with the characteristic peppery notes of Mollard).
- Very smooth attack. A light wine with good texture and structure, silky tannins and very ripe red and black fruit such as Morello cherry complemented with spicy notes of pepper and liquorice. Beautifully fresh and well balanced.
