- A very full, fresh, and vibrant white wine, with lovely notes of citrus fruit and stone fruit such as nectarine. Extremely elegant and subtle.
- Perfect in winter with traditional mountain dishes such as raclette, tartiflette, fondue and oven baked cheeses. Our oenologist also recommends it with duck with dried apricots, a tajine or chicken with crayfish.
