- Vineyard area: The hillsides of the Durance
- Age of vines: Almost 30 years old
- Vinification: Made on the estate using the traditional method, entirely by hand. Second fermentation in bottle.
- Serving temperature: Serve well chilled!

- Grilled hazelnuts and brioche as in our traditional Brut with the addition of some lemony and grapefruit aromas.
- Immense finesse and elegance in the mouth. Fresh and complex with lovely notes of citrus and lots of vivacity!
- For all special occasions and celebrations. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany festive meals or special desserts. Particularly good with grilled lobster.
