  • Grape Varieties: Ugni-Blanc
  • Vineyard area: The hillsides of the Durance
  • Age of vines: Almost 30 years old
  • Vinification: Made on the estate using the traditional method, entirely by hand. Second fermentation in bottle.
  • Serving temperature: Serve well chilled!
