Les Soleils
- Vintage : 2025 – micro cuvée
- Grape Varieties : 100% small berry muscat
- Vineyard area : The hillsides of the Durance
- Age of vines : More than 25 years old
- Winemaking : Picked slightly overripe. Berry maceration. Fermentation stopped by cold shock (no sulphur!). 40g residual sugar
- Serving temperature : Chilled but not icy (5°C – 6°C)
- A shimmering pale yellow with warm golden gleams.
- Highly expressive with intense, powerful, and complex aromas of roses and lychees. Honeyed notes, with exotic fruit and dried fruit such as dried apricots…
- Very fresh attack. A sumptuous wine with a skilfully judged and well-balanced sweetness, the same notes of dried apricot, peach, and exotic fruit, and the mineral finish that is the hallmark of the Domaine.
- Delicious with pan seared foie gras, or blue cheeses such as a Bleu du Queyras or a Fourme d’Ambert.
