- Vinification : Temperature controlled
- Serving temperature : Chilled but not icy (5°C – 6°C)
- A lovely golden colour.
- Rich aromas of crystalized fruit and currants evolving to notes of golden tobacco.
- Vivacious but well balanced. Notes of citrus peel and zest offering sweetness and good length with a nice touch of bitterness on the finish. A little more acidity than in previous vintages.
- Perfect for aperitif, it will also go well with a fricassee of squid or a warm camembert.
