- Nice intensity on the nose, with orchard fruit and a few touches of citrus…. lemon and lime.
- A fresh, mineral attack. Smooth, with good tension and superb breadth. The citrussy notes are mirrored on the palate, with the accent on lime. A bright, fresh wine of superb tension and texture, with a touch of minerality on the finish.
- A classic wine perfect for an elaborate fish dish or white meat. This Chardonnay will also make a delightful aperitif.
